The project consists of two 8-story apartment buildings with over 2-stories of below grade parking. Building A will be 175 apartment units with 3,500 SF of commercial space located at the ground level as well as amenity space and parking located at the ground level. Units will be studio, 1-bedroom and 2-bedroom sizes. Building B will be 230 apartment units with 7,000 SF of commercial space located at the ground level as well as amenity space and parking located at the ground level. Units will be similar to building A.
